Clexane 60mg Injection contains Enoxaparin Sodium, a low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) that is used as an anticoagulant to prevent and treat blood clots. It is frequently used in a variety of illnesses that call for blood thinning and can lower the risk of pulmonary embolism (PE) and deep vein thrombosis (DVT).

Before using clexane Injection, let your doctor know if you have high blood pressure, diabetes, a history of stroke, or bleeding right now. You should also mention any other medications you are taking. Drinking alcohol and being underweight can make bleeding more likely.

Mechanism of Action:

Blood clots are prevented by enoxaparin-induced enhancement of antithrombin III's activity, which inhibits Factor Xa and Factor IIa (thrombin). Compared to thrombin, Factor Xa is more impacted by it.
