Thrombokem 40mg Injection contains Enoxaparin Sodium, a low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) that is used as an anticoagulant to prevent and treat blood clots. It is frequently used in a variety of illnesses that call for blood thinning and can lower the risk of pulmonary embolism (PE) and deep vein thrombosis (DVT).

Composition: Enoxaparin

Mechanism of Action:

Blood clots are prevented by enoxaparin-induced enhancement of antithrombin III's activity, which inhibits Factor Xa and Factor IIa (thrombin). Compared to thrombin, Factor Xa is more impacted by it.
