Lomocare 300mg Injection contains Enoxaparin, a low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) used as an anticoagulant to prevent and treat blood clots. additionally, this medication keeps deep vein thrombosis from happening in patients who have significant movement restrictions, hip and knee replacements, and abdominal surgeries. Mechanism of Action:

Factor Xa and thrombin, which are critical elements of the blood clotting process, are inhibited by enoxaparin.
