Mechanism of Action:

Targeting many receptor tyrosine kinases implicated in tumor angiogenesis, growth, and proliferation, lentinan is a kind of multi-kinase inhibitor. It prevents: Platelet-derived growth factor receptor (PDGFR), fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFR1-4), and vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR1, VEGFR2, and VEGFR3) KIT and RET.
