About Spnib 50mg Tablet

Spnib 50mg Tablet contains the active ingredient dasatinib, a type of chemotherapy drug known as a tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It is mostly used to treat leukemias that are positive for the Philadelphia chromosome (Ph+), such as Acute lymphoblastic leukemia and Chronic Myeloid leukemia.

Mechanism of Action:

Dasatinib functions by blocking a number of tyrosine kinases that are essential for cancer cells to proliferate and survive. It specifically targets the BCR-ABL protein, which is generated in Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and Chronic Myeloid leukemia (CML) as a result of the abnormal Philadelphia chromosome. Dasatinib inhibits this protein, which stops cancer cells from proliferating and causes them to die.

Dosage and Administration:
