Piciclib 100mg Capsule contains Palbociclib, is used, usually in combination with hormonal anticancer therapy, to treat certain forms of breast cancer (HER2-negative, estrogen receptor-positive) that have metastasized to other organs. For best results, take it with food at the same time every day.

Mechanism of Action:

Palbociclib inhibit the CDK4 and CDK6, which are essential for controlling the cell cycle. Palbociclib inhibits the growth of cancer cells by blocking these kinases, which stops cells from moving from the G1 phase of the cell cycle to the S phase.

Hormone receptor-positive breast cancer.

Dosage and Administration:

To improve absorption, Palbociclib should be taken with meals. Instead of chewing or crushing the pills, they should be consumed whole. Palbociclib is normally given orally once day for 21 days at a dose of 100 mg, with a 7-day break (28-day cycle).
