About Palnat 100mg Capsule

Palnat 100mg Capsule contains Palbociclib, is used, usually in combination with hormonal anticancer therapy, to treat certain forms of breast cancer (HER2-negative, estrogen receptor-positive) that have metastasized to other organs. For best results, take it with food at the same time every day.

Composition: Palbociclib

Mechanism of Action:

Palbociclib inhibit the CDK4 and CDK6, which are essential for controlling the cell cycle. Palbociclib inhibits the growth of cancer cells by blocking these kinases, which stops cells from moving from the G1 phase of the cell cycle to the S phase.

Uses:

• Hormone receptor-positive breast cancer.
• Advanced or metastasized breast cancer.
